The Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center is located at 1 Waterside Drive, Norfolk, VA 23510 — on the downtown waterfront adjacent to the Nauticus Museum and the USS Wisconsin battleship. It is easily found via GPS and is walkable from most downtown hotels.
Currently, Carnival Sunshine is the only homeport ship sailing from Norfolk year-round. It offers 6-day and 8-day sailings to the Bahamas and Eastern Caribbean, departing weekly. Carnival Freedom is confirmed to join as a second homeport ship in 2027.
The official City of Norfolk cruise parking lot (Cedar Grove, 1000 Monticello Ave.) charges $15 per day for all passenger vehicles including vans up to 15 passengers. Cash or credit card accepted at entry. Pre-pay online is now available and recommended for peak sailing weekends May through October.
